REFUND INFORMATION:
1. Full refunds will be issued when a program is cancelled (please note a transaction fee may be charged if the program is cancelled due to extenuating circumstances) 
2. A $25.00 administration fee applies to all refund requests other than program cancellation. **For all camp registrations you have until June 15th to request a refund. After that date they are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE**
3. For team sports, NO REFUND will be given once teams have been formed
4. For sessions of six weeks or over NO REFUND will be given after third week of classes. To qualify for a refund, the office must be notified of the withdrawal prior to the end of the third week of classes.
5. Refunds will be pro-rated from the date the office receives and confirms notice of withdrawal.
6. All cheques returned by the bank will be subject to a $30.00 NSF charge
